Showcase Renovation was begun by Stephen Roche and Kevin Kish, two craftsmen who started in residential construction in the 1970's. They soon began to build additions and remodel homes while building a thriving home construction business.

Today, we operate with our two owners and a staff of eight craftsmen, in addition to a select group of sub-contractors, chosen from some of the best design and construction people in the metro area. We enlist the participation of these sub-contractors in the design process when necessary, to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of plans.

Stephen Roche is a LEED AP and teaches a Trade Recruitment class for the Builders Association of the Twin Cities.
