Phase 1: Design
This phase includes design agreement, plan development, and concept drawings, including specs, detailed proposal and estimate.
 
Phase 2: Build
The construction process begins upon acceptance, and includes a preliminary schedule, acquisition of building permits, initial demolition and construction, foundation, framing, and mechanical rough-ins. During this time, there are regular rough-in inspections and homeowner walk-throughs.

Construction continues with insulation, wallboard, roofing, siding, etc, required to finish work. This also includes floor coverings, millwork, paint/stain, electrical and plumbing fixtures.

Final inspections complete this phase.

Phase 3: Completion
Homeowner walk-through is followed by any necessary touch up and clean up. To ensure your complete satisfaction, scheduling a 12-month walk-through is the final step in our process.
