Showcase Renovation was started by Stephen Roche and Kevin Kish, two craftsmen who started out after college as carpenters in residential construction in the 1970′s. They soon began to build additions and remodel homes in the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul area while building a thriving home construction and carpentry business.
Today, Showcase operates with its two owners, a select group of sub-contractors and a staff of eight craftsmen. Our sub-contractors are experienced and well versed in the issues that can surface during remodeling and renovating older homes and have been chosen from some of the best design and construction people in the twin cities metro area. We enlist the participation of these sub-contractors in the design process when necessary, to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of your plans.
Stephen Roche is a LEED AP and teaches a Trade Recruitment class for the Builders Association of the Twin Cities while sitting on the boards of The BATC Foundation and Minnesota GreenStar.
